Invo is an enterprise-grade invoice management system built to replace manual, spreadsheet-driven invoicing with a centralized platform — covering invoice creation, role-based access, payment tracking, and business analytics in one place.

How it works

1. Role-based access control (RBAC) — Different user roles (e.g. admin, accountant, sales) get scoped permissions, so teams can collaborate on invoicing without exposing data or actions they shouldn't have access to.

2. Invoice editor with live PDF preview — Users build invoices in a dynamic editor — adding line items, taxes, discounts, and branding — while seeing a real-time PDF preview update as they type, then export the final invoice directly.

3. Automated tracking and notifications — Once an invoice is issued, Invo automatically tracks its payment status and triggers email notifications (e.g. reminders, confirmations) instead of requiring manual follow-up.

4. Dashboards and analytics — Business-level dashboards surface revenue, outstanding payments, and invoicing trends, giving teams visibility without exporting data to external tools.
